Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before course start date: Full refund minus a £25 administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before course start date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before course start date: No refund available.
• Transfers to a future course may be available at our discretion.
• If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
